New regulations for customs dues approved

Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus No 329 of 23 July 2012 has provided that customs dues for performance of customs operations will be collected at the amount of 20 or 50 Euros depending on the heading of goods of the Unified Commodity Nomenclature for foreign economic activity of the Customs Union. The customs due for issuing a preliminary decision about classification of goods in accordance with the said Nomenclature shall be 155 Euros.
The Edict enters into force after its official publication.
