Regulations on free warehouses approved

As a further step in the process of bringing the domestic legislation in compliance with acts adopted within the Customs Union, the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 9 February 2012 No 55 approved the Regulations on free warehouses. The Regulations set forth the conditions and the procedure for the inclusion of legal persons registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus into the registry of free warehouse owners and determine requirements for installations, equipment and functioning of free warehouses.
