New system of state property registration to be created

According to the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 16 February 2012 No 68, the Single Registry of State Property is to be created in the Republic of Belarus till 1 July 2013. The Registry will be maintained by the State Committee on Property, regional state property funds, and respective local bodies of state administration. The Single Registry of State Property will contain data about state bodies and organizations, including state-owned economic companies and enterprises, and about state-owned property assigned to them on the right of economic management and operative administration, leased or granted in gratuitous use. The Edict enters into force after its official publication.
