Excise rates on fuel, alcoholic and tobacco goods changed

The Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 489 of 25 October 2011 establishes new excise rates on fuel, alcoholic and tobacco production from 1 November to 31 December 2011, with a view of attracting of financial resources into the budget. The Edict enters into force from 1 November 2011.
