According to the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1298 of 28 September 2011 new rates for export customs duties concerning export of oil, fuel goods and other petroleum products (some goods of headings 2709 00, 2709 00 900 3, 2710 11 – 2710 19 490 0, 2710 19 510 – 2710 99 000 0, 2711 12 – 2711 19 000 0, 2712 and 2713 of the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity) outside the Customs Union have been established. The Regulation enters into force from 1 October 2011.
