New regulations for carrying out investment activities in respect of mineral wealth adopted

With a view of improving the legal regulation of investment activities in respect of mineral wealth, the Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 3 October 2011 No. 442 has established the procedure for investment projects and rules on the use of subsoil plots. The Edict enters into force from 1 January 2012, except two clauses which enter into force from the date this Edict is signed.
